Our COVID-19 Policy

As we together navigate through the Covid-19 pandemic, we at Pacific Gold Exchange want to insure we not only adhere to the Federal and State policies as set forth concerning social distancing, we want to take every precaution when dealing with you. As such, we have taken extreme measures to insure our mutual safety. Beginning immediately, we have implemented policies that shall remain in effect until such time as it is felt by our medical experts that is permissible to change. 

1) We are only accepting private appointments

The only way to currently have us buy your gold and other precious metals is to schedule an appointment over the phone or by email. You can call us at (818) 800-9700 or email us at info@pacificgoldexchange.com to make arrangements.

2) We will only schedule mobile service appointments

Once you schedule an appointment with us, we will only see you through our mobile service. We will drive to your location in our mobile lab. You will drop off the items you wish to sell with us and we will evaluate and test it in on-site while you wait either inside your location or outside our mobile lab to avoid any possible contact. While we test and evaluate your items, we will be wearing both protective air masks and surgical gloves to insure absolute safety to you.

Once we've evaluated your items, we will make our offer to purchase them. We will present you with your payment and safely be on our way. It's that simple. We understand that you may want to sell your gold during this time and are happy to extend this safe, special service to you while we navigate these uncharted waters together.
